-As Bly hit the ground, she forced herself to stand once more. She whirled around and lunged at the wolf, locking her powerful jaws underneath the male's chin.-

The male winced in pain.He turned to face Fauna still with Bly attacking but she was gone. He growled and looked around in pain. Fauna crouched low as she sat in a high branch of a tree. She lunged off and landed on the males back. She dug her razor-like teeth into the back of his neck. The male staggered and fell. She hopped off and quickly bit into his neck. As a snap was heard she let go and shook her fur out. She spat a few times and said `That is positively revolting.`

-Bly smiled as the male lay motionless. She let her grip loosen and she shrugged.- "Well that was fun." -She smirked and began to lope back to her roof.-

Fauna watched the female leave and shook out her fur once more. The sun was beginning to replace the moon. Her fur seemed to sparkle in the sun's first light as she began walking alongside the road. Her paws softly padding along the pavement. She sniffed the air and let a soft beautiful howl escape her maw. She lowered her head and began heading towards her abandoned house.

-Bly let her ears droop. She yawned and leaped up on the roof. She sniffed the polluted air and sighed.- "Why do I stay here?"

Fauna entered the large house. It was actually clean. She had managed to keep the house spiffy after the town was abandoned. She laid on the soft red couch and sighed. She looked up at the large portrait sitting above the fireplace. It held a woman and a man hugging outside of the house. She sighed and slowly laid her head down.

-The she-wolf sighed and laid down.- "Tomorrow." -She mumbled as her eyes closed and she fell asleep.- ((Fail post.))

(We all go mind blank sometimes:D)
Fauna opened her eyes slowly as the sun peeked through the glass window of the two-story house she occupied. She stood and stretched before hopping off of the velvet red couch and trotting towards the door. After she slipped out, she began jogging towards the old pond. Once there, she sniffed the area for signs of prey.

-The sun peeked over the horizon, sending the warm rays lashing at the lupa that lay on the roof. She opened her eyes and forced herself up, then she stretched her long limbs and yawned. A beautiful, yet dark howl echoed from Bly's mouth. She jumped down and padded down the street towards the forests.- "Let's see." -She mumbled and scanned the forest with keen eyes.-

A thin, rather large shadow glided along the trees as Fauna paced herself as she tracked her latest prey. A white tail buck, not to big and only a mile or so away. After tracking the beast she lay hidden in the undergrowth as she waited for her moment to strike.

-The female's ears swiveled, her eyes shifted side to side, her tail flicking back and forth. Her nostrils flared at the fresh scent of prey, but she was in no mood to eat. She wanted to fight. Her skin twitched as a fly landed on her shoulder, and she whipped her head around and snapped at it.- "D****t. Stupid flies." -Bly turned back around and continued padding down the street, shaking the aggravating insects from her pelt.-

Fauna growled as she lifted her head, licking her blood-covered maw. She had finished the kill and ate her fill as she headed back towards the town. She listened to her surroundings as her fur swayed in the wind.

-Her paws collided with the hard, dirty asphalt until the fae made it to the end of the road. She stopped at the edge of the forest and peered down an old dirt road that wound through the woodland. Her black fur waved as the slight breeze pushed past her. The she-wolf sit down and pricked her ears, listening for the birds' chirps or the squirrels' chittering. But the forest was silent. Bly always knew that the forest grew quiet when a predator was near. She straightened up at the thought and beamed.- "They must know I'm here." -Her expression shifted into a smirk and she let the dark howl of her's flow from her muzzle and echo throughout the forest.-

Fauna's ears perked hearing the Fae's howl. She slunk down and approached the howl. She slowly walked out of the bushes `Why hello dear, why the dark howl?`

-The fae perked her ears and turned around.- "Do you not know me?" -She huffed and sat down, curling her bushy tail around her paws.- "It's who I am."

Fauna raised an eyebrow `Really, is that so? Well, you sound as though someone has put a collar around your neck.` She smirked and stared at the large Fae. `There is positively nothing to be sad about you know. Other than this gloomy town, it isn't quite bad.`

"Open your eyes. Food is growing scarce. The houses are falling apart." -The she-wolf stated and shook her head.- "I don't know why I stuck around."

Fauna let her ears fall to her head and she looked down. `Please forgive me. You are positively correct. I...Well,.... No, don't forgive me. For the millionth time in my miserable life I try to make a friend. Yet, once again I fail. My eyes are open. They were when I was born, when I sat at night in my den curled up between my mother and father as we watched the stars cross the sky. They were as I ate my first deer and hunted my first time with my father.` Her voice grew louder as the memories came back. She took a small step towards the fae and continued `They were open when my mother taught me to fight for the first time. They were even open when I came home to fine my whole pack slayed. They were even open as I watched the rival pack rip my mother's throat open and as my father tried to save her but they just did the same to him! They have been open for every second of my stupid pit of hell of a life!` she snapped glaring at the female.`So, how about before telling someone else to open their eyes, check to see if yours are open.`She turned without another word and walked down the paved road. Her paws softly hitting the cold concrete. She walked steady but not fast. She wasn't sure where she was heading, but she knew she was leaving and not coming back. She was going to find a new start. `Hopefully a better one...` she thought out loud.

-A low growl formed deep in her throat, and before long, her nose crinkled from tip to her eye, baring her blood-stained fangs. Her fur bristled and her muscles tensed.- "You think you had a bad life?" -Bly finally snarled back at the fae.- "Try being the daughter of a murderer. Being taught to kill everything in sight. Killing my family only because I was forced to. My life is screwed way worse than yours!" -She snapped, drool flinging from her jowls. Bly's appearance was now twice as large as normal, which was already abnormal for a fae.-

Fauna turned `You do not scare me. I could not care less about your life. Go complain to someone else about your miserable life. You know deep inside no one forced you to kill your family. You had a decision you easily could have killed that person but no you did the other option.` she turned and walked into the forest, disappearing into the foliage. She walked until she was far enough away from the fae where her scent wasn't visible. She sat by a small pool of water, dirty water. She looked into the dirt filled water and sighed.

"You don't understand." -Bly growled lowly.- "My father was too strong." -She whispered and sat down. She thought of something her mother had once told her.- "Beginnings are usually scary and endings are usually sad, but it's all in between that makes it all worth living." -Bly growled and her muzzle pointed to the sky.- "When?" -She howled in anger and plopped down on the ground.-

Fauna growled into the pond. `Stupid idiot` she barked and it echoed through the forest. `I think it is time for an apology` she said standing and heading towards the city.

-Bly pricked her ears. She shook her head and stood up. She threw a hostile look over her shoulder at the city and darted into the forest. Along the way, a rabbit dashed across Bly's path and powerful jaws locked onto the rabbit. After devouring her prey, Bly continued on through the forest until she came upon a small den site.- "D****t, I said I wouldn't come back." -She turned and ran away from her old home and found herself near the old stream.-
-As she sit beside the stream, the memories of her youth flooded her mind. The stream she sat at right now was the stream where she had first learned the taste of water, the stream where she first learned to swim, the stream she and her brothers and sisters played in everyday, the stream that Bly was forced under until she agreed to her father. The stream that the clouded with crimson liquid as the forest fell silent. She looked at the scars on her shoulder, legs, and muzzle. She silently cursed her father for the markings he had left her with.-

Fauna found the city empty and soon began wandering the forest. `Is there any escape to this horrid city?` She asked the wind. She sighed and shook her head. `Help!? Anyone just take me away from this...this..hell!` She barked

-Bly perked her ears at the bark.- "I could." -She smirked.- "But I won't." -She whispered to herself. She felt as if the spirit of her father was right beside her, forcing her into the water. She growled and shook her head.- "You're not dead." -She stood up and backed away from the river. The amber water turned crimson and Bly bowed, hiding her eyes in her paws.- "I'm sorry." -She whispered.- "I'm sorry."
